Vaetas, LLC was awarded U.S. patent  US9654843 B2 for our video management and marketing system (real-time calls-to-action) on May 16, 2017.

Rather than a refund policy, we offer a 15 day free trial. You get to use all the Vaetas Connect features during that time-frame.

You can easily unsubscribe at any time during that period and you won’t be charged.

No, you have a choice of being billed once-per-month or annually.

Annual members receive two-months free and still have the 15 days to decide if Vaetas Connect is right for you.

You can cancel at any time and you will no longer be charged when the renewal is due.

If you cancel before the end of the month or year, you can use Vaetas Connect until the date the renewal is billed.

On your Accounts screen, we provide an unsubscribe link that ties into our billing system - one click cancellation.

All we ask is that you provide the reason why so we can continue to improve our product and/or service.

Yes. With our integrated on-boarding process, you’ll be quickly up-to-speed even before you reach your Vaetas Connect dashboard.

We also have an intercom system integrated with our internal Slack communication system.

Your questions entered into Intercom chat are immediately broadcast to both our Support and Development teams.

We pride ourselves on our quick response. We also provide help videos on specific questions. 

Yes! We’ve designed the Vaetas platform to be scalable and accessible from anywhere in the world.

We ensure that the bandwidth we provide provides our global user community with the best experience technically possible.

We designed Vaetas products to be affordable for Entrepreneurs, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.

However, our platform is powerful enough that it can be used at the enterprise level, as well as on an international scale.

We have implemented efficient methods for managing our business to reduce costs and pass the saving onto our customers.

We wanted to offer unprecedented value for anyone wanting to better connect with their people using video.

No. Vaetas users have the ability to record or import unlimited videos.

You also have access to all the Vaetas features including those in development - when they are released.

The only limits are those associated with your other marketing services that you can use in conjunction with Vaetas Connect.

For example, if your email list provider has limits based on your list size. You can send an unlimited amount of Vaetas videos to those services. 

Vaetas provides Vaetas Prime, an optional consulting service, and it's not required to use Vaetas Connect.

Vaetas Prime includes developing a customized video strategy and plan, as well as training on how to use video to connect with your specific prospects and customers.

This is helpful if your staff is new to using video for marketing, sales or customer retention.

Vaetas videos play full-screen

Vaetas is unique in that your Vaetas videos play full-screen in a browser window. No web page is required.

When viewers watch a video full-screen, there are no distractions which means a higher level of engagement.

Think of it like someone watching TV, as opposed to a video embedded with other content on a web page.

Your role is to provide excellent authentic content for your viewers!

Call-to-action videos 

Vaetas videos are also unique because they contain our embedded call-to-action technology.

This means that YOU decide and control your viewers next action step right from the full screen Vaetas videos.

They convert directly on your viewer's mobile device or computer.

No! Email is only part of our video communications platform. It's not based on an email provider's design. 

The Vaetas Integration Platform is vendor agnostic which means we integrate with email providers. This makes Vaetas synergistic, as opposed to a competitor.

With Vaetas products, you can send your personalized videos by email, text msgs and direct social messages.

You can also send video emails to your lists on these platforms and set up drip campaigns with "point and click" simplicity.

Vaetas Connect is a cloud-based interactive video communication service.

It allows you to seamlessly send interactive, high converting personalized videos via email, text messages, social media and other apps including Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn chat and WhatsApp.

You can use Video Connect with the other email programs, apps and social media accounts you already use.

With Video Connect, you simply record or import a video from YouTube, make it interactive with a high-converting call-to-action and then distribute via email, text message, social media or app.

It’s point-and-click simple to use and the conversions are significantly higher than standard email messages or cold calling.

Vaetas Connect is cloud-based and provides both Web and mobile apps.

You do not have to download any software to your computer, just log into your Vaetas Connect account using your web browser.

Yes, Vaetas provides viewer statistics including watch time, location, date and time.

Additionally, when you email your list, the email addresses of those who watched your video are provided.

Push Notifications (Video Connect only)

Vaetas provides push notifications so you instantly know when your videos have been watched.

Because Vaetas is vendor agnostic, we do not require you to move your email list from your current provider.

Instead, to create a call-to-action video drip campaign, we provide the ability to copy and paste the necessary code into your current email list provider. 

You have the choice of either copying the static or animated GIF file with a link to your call-to-action Vaetas full-screen video; or the entire Vaetas email template with the graphics.

Vaetas automatically creates the animated GIF for each of your videos.

Absolutely. In addition to sending interactive video emails and text messages to prospects, Video Connect provides a LinkedIn prospecting solution.

It's built into our Chrome plugin. The plugin allows you to record or import and share your call-to-action videos with prospects using LinkedIn chat.

Additionally, we integrate with the Skrapp plugin that allows you to obtain the email addresses for your prospect.

The leads are added to your Video Connect list and with a couple of clicks, you can additionally send an interactive video email to the prospect.
